Pregnancy and Pilates

At The Pilates Krewe, we support expecting moms with thoughtfully designed reformer Pilates classes that prioritize safety, strength, and comfort. Pregnancy brings changes in posture, balance, and stress levels, and our instructors are trained beyond standard certification to provide specialized prenatal guidance. At any given time, we typically have between 12 and 20 expecting moms in our program.
