Train with certified instructors who have experience in anatomy and kinesiology and a diverse portfolio of mat and reformer Pilates.

Most staff have at least 500 hours of training before they begin leading classes at The Pilates Krewe, and many have completed more than 1,000 hours of instruction.

This experience will ensure proper form and safety while exercising, ensuring you achieve your desired results in a closely supervised manner, reducing the risk of injury.

Offered throughout the week at various times and rolling out to all three studios in early 2027, our strength training program is meant to supplement your existing reformer Pilates regimen.

This class takes your Pilates workout to the next level with a powerful combination of heavier spring resistance, free weights, and higher repetitions designed to help you build lean muscle, increase strength, and support stronger bones.

Created especially for women who want to stay strong, capable, and confident as they age, this full-body class delivers the benefits of progressive strength training—without leaving the Pilates studio for the weight room.

Expect a challenging, purposeful workout that targets the major muscle groups, increases resistance, and pushes you beyond a traditional Pilates class while still emphasizing controlled movement and proper form.

For the best results, we recommend incorporating regular Pilates classes between Pilates Plus Strength sessions to support mobility, movement quality, and adequate muscle recovery.
