Membership management
When you signup on our website, Glofox and Mariana Tek, the companies that manages our membership system, will store your information securely on their systems. Additionally, when you request information through our website, it will be stored securely at our web host, WPEngine.
Website usage analytics
We will collect non-personal information about your use of our website, including but not limited to your IP address and browser. This information is collected and stored by Google and logged with our hosting provider, WPEngine.
We may use Google Analytics Advertising Features such as retargeting, e-commerce tracking, conversion tracking, session tracking, and related features. We use this information to understand how you interact with our website so that we can troubleshoot issues, improve the visitor experience, and track the performance of our site.

Glofox and Mariana Tek (the companies that manages our membership area and data) have defined and will continue to refine notification procedures in case of breach of personnel for both our Client Studios as well as Client Studio End Users. If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. How we protect your data
This website uses SSL (secure-socket-layers) the de facto standard in securing websites and encrypting communication between our web servers (hosted by WPEngine) and your browser. Additionally, we do not permit employees to download customer data from the membership database. This information is never stored locally on our computers.
Credit Card Data
Glofox and Mariana Tek pass credit card information from the web payment form onto a payment gateway (Stripe.com and/or GoCardless.com) without that information passing through their respective servers. Credit card and/or banking information is stored here and a “token” is returned to Glofox and/or Mariana Tek to store in its system for further use in recurring and other card-on-file transactions.
