The Pilates Krewe Holdings LLC is a Florida-registered business and provider of this Training Program.

Collectively, these entities are referred to hereafter as the “Studios.”

This is a contractual agreement between the Studios and:

Hereafter referred to as “Student.”

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR POLICIES AND YOUR OBLIGATIONS REGARDING THIS TRAINING PROGRAM.

TRAINING PROGRAM TERMS

Participation in and completion of this Training Program does not guarantee employment with the Studios or any other employer.
Once a Student purchases this Training Program, there are no refunds if paid in full. If the student elects monthly payments, all payments must continue until the program has been paid in full, regardless of enrollment status.
Students must attend all in-person sessions and complete all online workshops by the posted deadlines.
Failure to complete a workshop on time will result in losing eligibility to test out for obtaining a certification.
Missing any in-person session will result in losing eligibility to test out for obtaining a certification. If a session is missed due to a qualified emergency, the module may be “made up” later, subject to availability and at the discretion of the Studio. This will delay test out and certification attainment.
The Studios reserve the right to remove a Student from the Training program and provide a pro-rated refund for any reason.
A Student may be removed from the Training Program without eligibility to test out or receive a certification at the Studios' discretion. Reasons for removal include but are not limited to tardiness for in-person sessions, disruptive behavior during in-person sessions, or otherwise.
Payment for this Training Program is required before commencement.
Students can take up to 16 classes of reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and yoga across the Studios each month for the duration of the Training Program. Additional classes may be purchased separately if needed.
Students must use the Studio’s mobile app to manage all bookings.
The materials and content provided as part of the Training Program may not be shared online, resold, or distributed in any manner without prior written consent from the Studios, this includes sharing via social media.
Students are subject to the terms, including any fees resulting from cancelations, of the Studio’s Membership Agreement.
Students must abide by the policies stated in the Membership Agreement.

We are a judgment-free studio. We expect students and members to support one another through positive affirmation, kindness, and inclusion. We do not tolerate bullying, derogatory language, harassment, or judging others based on their body type, appearance, skill level, or otherwise. Please do not join this Training Program if you cannot agree to look at others with a positive attitude. Students who do not adhere to this policy may have their Training Program terminated.
